Upload your question sets once. Every time a student practises with your content, your contribution is tracked and weighted — and you receive a reimbursement share every month.
Start contributingNo upfront costs, no complex setup. Just upload quality questions and let student participation do the work.
Create and publish a question set on Manabi. It becomes available to all students on the platform searching for that subject and level.
Each time a student starts a practice session with your set, that attempt is recorded. The number of attempts determines your participation weight in the monthly pool.
At the end of every month, the total platform revenue is shared among all contributors proportional to their participation weight. Your payout is transferred to your registered account.
A sample month where the contributor pool is RM 500 and there are 4 contributors on the platform.
| Contributor | Question Sets | Student Attempts | Participation Weight | Earnings (RM 500 pool) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| You | 3 sets | 1,240 | 24.8% | RM 124.00 |
| Contributor B | 5 sets | 2,100 | 42.0% | RM 210.00 |
| Contributor C | 2 sets | 860 | 17.2% | RM 86.00 |
| Contributor D | 1 set | 800 | 16.0% | RM 80.00 |
| Platform Total | 11 sets | 5,000 | 100% | RM 500.00 |
* This is a simplified illustration. Actual pools and attempt counts vary monthly based on platform activity and subscription revenue.

Payouts are made via bank transfer to a Malaysian bank account registered in your profile.
Earnings are calculated on the last day of each month and transferred within 7 business days.
A portion of Manabi’s monthly subscription and platform revenue is allocated to the contributor pool. The exact pool size is announced at the start of each month on your contributor dashboard.
Yes. All student attempts — whether from free or paid accounts — count toward your participation weight. The more accessible your question sets are, the more attempts you accumulate.
If a question set is removed for quality or policy reasons, it no longer accumulates attempts. Attempts recorded before removal are counted for that month’s payout cycle only.
No cap. The more student participation your sets attract relative to the platform total, the larger your share. There is no upper limit on your participation weight or payout.
Yes. Your contributor dashboard shows a live count of student attempts per question set, your running participation weight for the current month, and an estimated earnings range.
As Manabi grows, the pool grows with it. In early months, payouts may be modest — but your participation weight and question sets continue to accumulate value as the platform scales. Early contributors benefit most from this growth.
